Calamondin Orange is a heavy fruiting evergreen shrub suitable for containers with hybrid fruit somewhere between a kumquat and mandarin. Tiny fragrant flowers bloom can bloom year round adding ornamental appeal. The small orange fruits can be eaten whole as they have a sweet edible peals, and its sour flesh is often used in marmalades. Grows best in full sun and sandy to loamy well-drained acidic soils.
