Acoma Crape Myrtle is a compact upright spreading deciduous shrub with grey exfoliating bark. The dark green foliage turns dull red to purplish-red in fall. The large panicles of crinkled white flowers bloom on new wood through summer into fall. Best color in full sun and rich well-drained soil. Acoma is resistant to powdery mildew.
