Monrovia® Birkin Philodendron is a compact hybrid variety of the tropical non-climbing evergreen shrub with glossy foliage that unfurls from a single stalk as pure white color and darken to green with age while maintaining white veining. Grows best with bright indirect sun with protection from afternoon sun in consistently moist, well-drained soils. Birkin is an easy care house plant but toxic to pets! Place in an area that cannot be reached by them.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Let the top few inches of soil dry out between watering. Spray the leaves down regularly to deter dust/pests and provide some extra humidity. Fertilize once a month during the growing seasons. If the white veins start to fade its not getting enough light. Wiping the foliage with a damp cloth once a week will promote more variegation!
