Japanese Boxwood is a large slow-growing evergreen shrub with a mounding habit and dense, finely textured foliage that stays green in winter. Insignificant cream flowers bloom in spring. Grows best in partial shade and moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. A carefree plant that is drought tolerant once established.
