Sangria Butterfly Bush is a compact well-branched shrub with a rounded habit and willowy green-green foliage.  Its fragrant spike-like clusters of deep purple-red flowers bloom continuously from late spring into fall attracting butterflies.  Removing spent flowers can encourage continued blooms until frost.  Best performance in sunny well-drained areas.
