Eye Spy Foamy Bells is an evergreen herbaceous perennial with a clumping habit grown for its vibrant basal foliage. The deep-lobed leaves emerge amber with a deep rose center in spring, and mellows to chartreuse with silver overlay. Airy clusters of bubblegum pink bell-like flowers bloom on spires from late spring to midsummer attracting butterflies. Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
