Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage is a compact fast-growing cool season annual with a large conical head and creamy heart ready for harvest after 70 days.  The dense elongated head has a distinct sweet flavor with a small core.  Best if grown in rich, consistently moist well-drained loamy soils.  Early Jersey Wakefield heads can be 2-4 pounds.
