Cherry Garden Dwarf Bearded Iris is a compact deciduous perennial with long, sword-like medium green foliage that fans upwards. Very short stems sport near black buds that open to fragrant three parted wine colored flowers with dark purple-blue crests in spring, attracting bees. Grows best in rich, slightly acidic, moist well-drained soils.
