Penny Beaconsfield Viola is a compact uniform perennial with tight branches and toothed green heart-shaped leaves leaves.  The fragrant rich purple flowers with a light blue upper wing blooms from spring into summer and can be deadheaded to prolong bloom.  Prefers full sun and moist well-drained soils.
