Ralph Shugert Periwinkle is a spreading evergreen perennial that makes a dense groundcover with smooth upright stems and small, glossy variegated dark green foliage with irregular white margins. Its tiny solidary deep blue flowers bloom from mid spring into summer. Grows best with part shade and moist rich well-drained soils. Can tolerate to near full shade and drought.
