Sprinkle of Sugar Spirea is a compact mounded deciduous shrub with tidy oval sharp-toothed leaves and small but plentiful flat-topped clusters of white flowers that cover the plant in later spring to summer.  Grows best in full sun and well-drained soils.  Sprinkle of Sugar is spot leaf and humidity resistant.
