Solar Cascade Short Goldenrod is a small erect native herbaceous perennial with arching stems and narrow medium green foliage. The arching one-sided panicles of tiny bright yellow flowers bloom at the stem tops from late summer into fall attracting butterflies. Grows best with full sun and moist, gravely well-drained soils. Solar Cascade spreads less aggressively than other Goldenrods.
