Chocolate Ball Creeping Stonecrop is a dense mat-forming evergreen succulent with tiny fleshy needle-like dark green foliage that turns chocolate to bronze during summer and takes on a red cast in fall. Copper tipped buds open to clusters of tiny bright yellow star-shaped flowers dust the plant from mid summer into fall. Grows best in full sun and dry to medium well-drained soils. Drought and heat tolerant once established.
