Victoria Blue Sage is a compact long-blooming herbaceous perennial grown as an annual with medium green foliage.  The abundant spires of tiny two-lipped deep blue flowers on purple stems bloom from late spring into fall.  Flowers best in full sun and moist well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant.
