Creeping Rosemary is a spreading evergreen culinary shrub with strongly aromatic needle like foliage. The stiff cascading stems sport a profuse bloom of light blue flowers in spring. Best grown in full sun and slightly acidic well-drained soils. Drought tolerant once established. Rosemary in the garden deters many pests.
Volatile oils in Rosemary give the herb its distinct smell and are said to aid in focus, fight inflammation, improve mood and ease digestion. Rosemary is a traditional ingredient to almost any savory dish, can be used to diversify your sweet palate as well. *
