  1. The Elberta Peach is a medium to large-sized peach with a round shape. The skin is typically yellow with a red blush on the side exposed to the sun. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and golden yellow in color. The fruit has a classic peach flavor and aroma.

  2. Ripening: Elberta Peaches are known for their mid to late-season ripening. The exact timing can vary depending on the climate and growing conditions, but they are typically ready for harvest in late summer or early fall.

  3. Tree Characteristics: The Elberta Peach tree is a vigorous and productive tree. It has a spreading growth habit and can reach a height of 15 to 25 feet (4.5 to 7.6 meters) with a similar spread. The tree produces beautiful pink flowers in the spring before the fruit develops.
