Ruby Vase Persian Ironwood is a small deciduous tree with a narrow and upright habit and attractive exfoliating bark. The dense dark green foliage emerges with red tips before turning various bright shades of red and yellow-orange for fall. The attractive but inconspicuous red flowers bloom early spring. Best grown in full sun and slightly acidic, well-drained soils.
