Candy Love Hellebore is a clumping, late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery deep green palmate leaves and purple stems. The outward-facing pastel flowers bloom in a cluster that can have multiple shades- they open pale apricot and darken to pink, then mature to dusty purple with pink and red tints - and last from winter into spring attracting butterflies and pollinators. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
