Orchid Frost Deadnettle is an evergreen mat-forming herbaceous perennial that sprawls and frosted silvery green leaves with a dark green edging. Small pink orchid hooded flowers bloom heavily in clusters in spring and again in fall. Grows best in part sun and evenly moist well drained acidic soils. Orchid Frost has good resistance to leaf spot.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. No serious pests or diseases, but watch for snails and aphids. Leaf blight and leaf spot can be an occasional issue. Crown rot may occur in poorly drained soils. Summer foliage decline may happen in hot and humid summer climates.
