Elizabeth Coleman Holly is a large dense pyramidal evergreen shrub with large glossy serrated foliage and heavily produces red fruits even when young and lasts through winter  Best planted in moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  Hollies are dioecious and need both male and female plants to produce fruit.  Drought tolerant once established.
