Quick Fire Hydrangea is an upright mounding deciduous shrub with dense blooms and leaves that turn gold and burgundy for fall. The long-lasting conical panicles bloom mid summer and open white before turning pink in summer, and will be dark rose-pink by mid fall. attracting butterflies. While can tolerate full sun, its best blooms are in part sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium Maintenance. Mulch soil to maintain moisture and overwinter. If pruning is needed do so after flowering. Slight susceptibility to bud blight, wilt, leaf spot, and mildew. Aphids are occasional problems.
