Primal Scream Daylily is an evergreen perennial with strap-like deep green foliage that remains evergreen in milder climates.  The large glimmering ruffled tangerine orange flowers with narrow twisting petals bloom in midsummer.  The flowers attract butterflies and pollinators.  Best bloom in deep and rich well-drained soils.  Drought and salt tolerant once established.
