Charles Johnston Daylily is a compact re-blooming perennial with arching grass-like deep green foliage. The large fragrant cherry red flowers with ruffled edges and lemon yellow throats bloom from late spring into summer. Flowers attract butterflies and pollinators. Best bloom in deep rich well-drained soils. Drought and cold tolerant once established.
