Champion Lenten Rose is a late winter-blooming evergreen perennial with leathery dark green basal foliage. Clusters of rosy pink buds open to small forward facing creamy white flowers with pink backs that mature to dark pink bloom on burgundy stems from late winter to mid spring. Best bloom in dappled sun and moist well-drained soils. All parts of the plant are toxic if ingested.
