Hardy Plumbago is a small wiry mat-forming herbaceous perennial that makes an excellent groundcover.  Its shiny medium green leaves turn bronze-red in fall.  Hardy Plumbago has clusters of small blue flowers in summer that last until the first frost.  Prefers partial sun and rich well-drained soils.
