Palm Sedge is a dense clumping native semi-evergreen grass with light green leaves radiating from the stiff stem tops that turns yellow after frost.  The small yellow flowers on terminal spikes last from spring into summer.  Prefers part sun and moist well-drained soils.  Drought tolerant.
