Bengal Tiger Canna is a fast-growing herbaceous perennial with a basal-clumping habit.  The dramatically large foliage is variegated deep green with stripes of creamy yellow.  The brilliant orange flowers bloom from 6’ purple-red stalks that bloom in summer which attracts bees and butterflies.  Blooms best in full sun and moist soil.  

Syn. with Canna 'Pretoria'.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Medium maintenance.  May experience root rot in poorly drained wet soils.  Watch for aster yellows. Japanese beetles, caterpillars, slugs and snails may chew on the foliage.
