Pigeon White Cabbage is a cool season annual with deeply serrated edible basal foliage that has white ribs on the vibrant green outer leaves and ivory inner leaves. The foliage is crisp but tender with a sweet, earthy and subtle peppery undertone. The leaves have the best flavor after the first frost. Best if grown in rich, consistently moist well-drained loamy soils.
