Sedum rupestre 'Blue Dawn' (sometimes also called Sedum reflexum 'Blue Dawn') is a beautiful mat-forming succulent with striking blue-gray foliage that forms a low, spreading carpet. It typically grows only about 4-6 inches tall but can spread 12-18 inches wide. In summer, it produces small star-shaped yellow flowers on short stems above the foliage. The blue-gray color intensifies in cooler weather, and it's particularly valued for its drought tolerance and low maintenance requirements.
