Eau De Parfum Bliss Rose is a compact deciduous shrub with an upright habit and glossy dark green foliage.  The clusters of large highly fragrant warm orange double flowers with pink blush on the outer petals soften with age and bloom continuously through summer until frost.  Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.  The Eau De Parfum series is highly disease resistant.
