Arizona Sun Blanket Flower is a compact herbaceous perennial with upright stems and grey green lance-like foliage. Large fire orange-red daisy-like flowers with bright yellow edged petals and dark global seedheads last throughout summer until the first frost if deadheaded. Prefers full sun and dry to medium well-drained rich soils. Drought tolerant once established.

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low maintenance. Root rot may occur in poorly drained soils. Suscpetable to powdery mildew, leaf spot, and yellow asters.
