Lucifer Crocosmia is a mounding herbaceous perennial with dark green upright sword-like foliage. Long stiffly arching flower scapes sporting nodding scarlet red flowers bloom in mid to late summer. Blooms best with partial sun in Southern climates and moist well-drained soils.
