Its heavy bearing of ruby red fruits with melting red flesh with a sweet and juicy taste. Grows best in full sun and rich, moist well-drained soils. Ruby Sweet needs a pollinator to set fruit, but has modest chill requirements of only 400-600 hours and good disease resistance.
