Kay Parris Magnolia is a gorgeous fast growing, compact evergreen tree with large fragrant cup shaped white flowers that bloom in summer. The heavily glossed light green leaves have fuzzy orange-brown undersides. Best color in full sun and moist, slightly-acidic, well-drained soil.
