Solar Power Falls Foamy Bells is an evergreen herbaceous perennial with a mounding habit grown for its vibrant basal foliage.  The broad-lobed leaves are yellow-gold with sun or lime green in full shade with splashes of deep red along the veins.  Airy clusters of tiny white bell-like flowers bloom on spires in midsummer attracting butterflies.  Best bloom in partial sun and moist well-drained soils.
