Campanula carpatica 'White Clips' (also known as White Clips Bellflower or Carpathian Bellflower) is a lovely compact perennial that forms a neat mound of foliage with upward-facing, cup-shaped white flowers. It typically blooms from late spring through summer and sometimes into fall. Flowers best in filtered sun in the South and consistently moist well-drained soils.
