Fierce Falcon Bugleweed is a dwarf carpet-forming herbaceous perennial with heavily textured and glossy near-black burgundy foliage.  Spikes of small blue flowers bloom from late spring into summer.  Flowers best in part sun and moist, well-drained soils.  An aggressive spreader.  It can be evergreen in warmer climates.
