Autumn Gold Ginkgo is a slow-growing deciduous tree with a upright symmetrical branches. The unique fan-shaped leaves open like small bright green globes and gain a rich gold color in fall. Best color in full sun and moist, well-drained soils. Autumn Gold is a male variety thus does not produce the messy foul-smelling fruits most gardeners avoid.
