Autumn Flame Red Maple is a native deciduous tree with a rounded crown known for its vibrant fall display and adaptability.
The foliage is a lustrous green than earns its fall color two weeks early, undergoing a breathtaking transformation where the leaves turn into a fiery display of yellow, orange, and red hues, resembling a blazing flame as they shift to brilliant scarlet.
As a male cultivar, Autumn Flame's inconspicuous spring flowers attract bees, but do not produce seeds. Grows best in rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils.
