Royal Ann (also known as Napoleon or Queen Anne) is a classic sweet cherry variety with large, heart-shaped fruits with yellow skin and a red blush. The white flowers bloom in spring followed by firm, crisp, sweet flesh with excellent flavor. Grows best in most, well-drained soils that are lightly acidic. Royal Ann is not self-fertile, so it requires a compatible pollinator variety like Bing, Black Tartarian, or Lambert. Requires approximately 700-800 chill hours.
