Iseli Foxtail Blue Spruce is a slow-growing native conifer shrub with horizontal branching forming a refined pyramidal habit. Its new growth emerges as soft bright blue needles that sharpen as they mature to blue-green and hold their color in winter. Prefers full sun and rich, moist well-drained acidic soils.
