River Mist Northern Sea Oats is an upright grass with a clumping habit native to the Northeast.  It has variegated foliage with cream centers and light green margins.  The hanging ‘oats’ seedheads emerge tan mid-summer and mature to white and persist in winter.  Prefers part sun and moist well-drained soil.
