Kickin Carmine Red New England Aster is a compact, mounded native perennial with hairy stems with rough lance-like dark green leaves. A profusion of semi double magenta red daisy-like flowers with a large yellow eye completely cover the plant from late summer into fall. Prefers full sun and rich, moist soils.
