Late Flat Dutch Cabbage is a fast-growing cool season annual known for its massive high-quality heads with an excellent flavor that is well worth the 100 days for maturity. These solid flattened heads that have a short core and superior wrapping leaves can weigh as much as 10-15lbs. Best if grown in rich, consistently moist well-drained loamy soils. Late Flat Dutch may struggle in hot conditions but quickly revitalizes with cool wet weather.
