Monrovia® Nitty Gritty Red Rose is a fuss-free deciduous shrub with glossy dark green foliage and a low-mounding habit. Abundant blooms of fragrant vivid red double roses bloom continually from spring until the first frost. Best grown in full sun and rich, moist, slightly acidic well-drained soils. Has excellent disease resistance, is self-cleaning, and becomes drought tolerant once established.
