Cat's Pajamas Catmint is a long-blooming compact perennial with small green foliage that smells strongly of mint. Flower spikes covered with tiny fragrant lavender flowers from soil to tip bloom from late spring through summer attract butterflies, pollinators, and hummingbirds. As the flowers begin to fade the rosy purple calyxes remain, extending the color in the garden. Prefers sunny areas in well-drained soils. Tolerates light afternoon shade and drought.
