Blue Star Creeper is a dense low-spreading evergreen perennial that forms a soft mat when used as a groundcover. The tiny ovular green leaves are blanketed by small whitish-blue star-shaped flowers that bloom from spring to summer. Grows best in moist, well-drained soil. Sturdy enough to withstand foot traffic, making it an excellent filler for paths. An aggressive spreader. Also sold as Lobelia fluviatilis.
