Walking Iris is a tender evergreen perennial with arching fans of dark green foliage and attractive orchid-like flowers. The lightly fragrant flowers have white horizontal petals and small curled purple petals with an orange spotted center. While each flower only last for but a morning, the bloom season continuously puts out new flowers from late spring into early fall. Grows best in part sun and well-drained acidic soils. Makes for a good houseplant.
