Velvet Elvis Plectranthus is a mounding evergreen perennial with whorls of thick velvety dark green foliage with vibrant purple undersides. Abundant spikes of larger mint-like deep lavender flowers bloom from late summer into early fall. Grows best with good direct sun and consistently moist well-drained soils and moderate humidity. Treat as an annual when planted outside. Velvet Elvis is disease resistant.
