Monrovia® Snowy Owl Miller is a tender evergreen herbaceous perennial that forms a uniform mound of large, velvety white lobed foliage. The yellow flowers bloom beginning in the second year in the South, but are usually removed to encourage foliage growth. Flowers best in full sun and evenly moist, well-drained soils.
